A User who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date of concluding the contract.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully performed with the express consent of the consumer before the withdrawal period expires.

The complaint should contain a description of the problem and the User's contact details. The Service Provider will process the complaint within 14 days of receipt.
